Refund Policy

1. Free Trial
Manage Karaoke offers a 7-day free trial for all new host accounts. No payment is required during the trial period. You may cancel at any time during the trial without incurring any charge.
2. Subscription Billing
After the free trial, the Service is billed at €5/month. Your subscription renews automatically on a monthly basis unless cancelled. Billing is processed securely by Stripe.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the platform via the subscription management page. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made.
4. Refund Eligibility
Due to the nature of digital subscription services, we do not generally offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. However, we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that prevented you from accessing the Service for a significant period
- Duplicate or erroneous charges
- Other exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us through the platform with your account details and a description of the issue. We aim to respond within 5 business days.
6. Stripe Payment Processing
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds, when approved, will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
