Terms of Service

By accessing or using Manage Karaoke ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including members of the general public who visit the platform and karaoke hosts who register for an account.

Manage Karaoke is a SaaS platform that enables karaoke hosts to create and manage a professional host profile, brand identity, and subscription. The Service is accessible to the general public for informational and discovery purposes; certain features — including account registration, profile management, and subscription billing — are available exclusively to registered karaoke hosts.

The Service has two categories of users:

• General public visitors: Anyone who accesses the Service without registering for an account. Visitors may browse public-facing content but cannot access host-only features.
• Registered hosts: Karaoke hosts who have created an account. Hosts can create and manage a host profile, customise their brand identity, and manage a subscription. Registration is open only to karaoke hosts.

There is no general public registration or login system. Only karaoke hosts may create accounts on this platform.

To access host features, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep it up to date.

You may not share your account credentials or allow others to access your account on your behalf.

Host accounts are offered a 7-day free trial upon registration. After the trial period, continued access to host features requires a paid subscription at €5/month. Billing is processed securely by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorise us to charge your payment method on a recurring monthly basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. General public visitors are not subject to any subscription requirement. Please refer to our Refund Policy for further details.

All users — including general public visitors and registered hosts — agree not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm the Service, its users, or third parties. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, including host-only areas.

Registered hosts additionally agree not to misuse their host profile or post content that is misleading, harmful, or in violation of applicable laws.

All content provided by Manage Karaoke, including but not limited to software, design, text, and graphics, is the property of Manage Karaoke and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Registered hosts retain ownership of content they upload to the Service, such as logos and branding assets, and grant Manage Karaoke a limited licence to display that content as part of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. This applies to both general public access and registered host use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Manage Karaoke shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, whether as a general visitor or a registered host.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered hosts of material changes via their account. Changes will also be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
